It is an honor to announce the 10-year anniversary celebration of Hero Women Rising and to invite you to our fundraising gala!
Please join us at the prestigious Jimmy Carter Presidential Center in Atlanta, Georgia USA as we acknowledge the journey of tremendous accomplishments achieved by women in a country the UN claims as one of the worst in the world for women and girls.
Hero Women Rising, was founded by Neema Namadamu, a visionary activist and tireless champion for women’s and girls’ empowerment in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
This celebration will highlight the empowering work that has and continues to touch thousands of women in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo thereby changing the future and legacy of women for generations to come.
