Samuel approaches life with a passion to serve the underserved. Born in Kenya, he witnessed destitution and resolved at an early age to undertake meaningful work to improve people’s lives and create sustainable change.
Samuel is the founder of ELPIS Africa, a company focused on improving the health, safety, and economic conditions for Artisanal and Small-Scale Miners in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Samuel also works as an Executive Director for CCS Fundraising, a leading Non-Profit fundraising consulting firm.
With over 15 years of fundraising, business development, strategic planning, and project management experience, Samuel has served a wide spectrum of for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Throughout his career, Samuel has demonstrated passion, innovation, and value-focused leadership.
Samuel holds an M.S. in Social Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business; and a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Simpson University.
