A proven business leader with a track record of cultivating internal and external relationships with key decision makers, Beatrice has delivered exceptional results during her 20+ years of Corporate Relationship Management experience. Working at local, regional, national, and international levels, she champions accountability for the retention and growth of partner relationships. Beatrice also served as National Director of Corporate Strategy and Development and was a member of the extended leadership team for the largest non-profit youth serving organization in the nation for 14 years. She successfully contributed to corporate strategy and development; including stewardship of sponsors, and implementation of systems to track scope, efficiencies, and associated finances of more than $70M.

In addition to her work with Hero Women Rising, Beatrice currently serves on a volunteer basis as Executive Director of a local Atlanta non-profit impacting the lives of young women and girls by empowering them to focus on their potential and greatest good. Beatrice has also proudly mentored youth internationally. Her mentee in Malawi successfully began a life skills program for young girls in her small community.

A lifelong learner, Beatrice obtained her undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Boston and her Master of Science in Conflict Management from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA. She is also competent in the use of the Korn Ferry Global Competency Framework for team selection, development, performance, and competency modeling. Proudly in February of 2020 she achieved a Philanthropic Leadership Achievement Certificate from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.

Beatrice resides in Atlanta, GA and enjoys exploring new concepts/beliefs, spending time with her family and friends, travel, music, dance, and her flower garden.
