Soul to Soul

Our family has come so far from our very simple beginnings – the big family of Hero Women Rising.

It has been an amazing journey since 2012 when I was welcomed to the USA by World Pulse. There have been ups and downs through the years, but everything has unfolded very well. Our doors have never closed, and our programs have continued to expand in support of the empowerment of the women and girls of east Congo.

As you know, step by step, you have been the helping hands that have enabled Hero Women Rising’s impact.  Now it is time to celebrate the inspiring resilience and brilliance of the women and girls of east Congo and beyond.

It will be wonderful to come together face to face, soul to soul, after mostly connecting only  through technology during this crazy chaotic time in the world. When we meet soul to soul, we feel the strength and hope of our togetherness. 

We as Hero Women Rising look forward to gathering with you to celebrate our Congolese sisters, who thanks to your love and support, Hold Tomorrow in Their Hands.
